How rugby is helping men with weight loss

MAN v FAT Rugby is launching in clubs nationwide to help men lose weight and improve their wellbeing. A successful series of pilots included a club in Leicester and has seen significant physical improvements for all. A similar scheme in football has helped men for the past eight years.

Sport welfare – join the forum and live webinar events!

A December welfare webinar was attended by volunteers from a variety of sports from track to field as well as court, pitch and pool. Advice and information around welfare and safeguarding is being supported via virtual events for sport clubs in the East Midlands. Clubs are invited to sign up for the welfare forum group and look out for the next event.
